To solicit competitive bids for Class A and B Biosolids Lime Stabilization and Hauling from the Blue River Wastewater Treatment Plant. The goals for this specific contract are 14% MBE participation and 14% WBE participation. This information must be included on your Insurance Certificate and/or Bid/Performance Bond.
