Collin County Community College District intends to secure a contract for Window Glass and Skylight Replacement. All responding vendors are encouraged to complete a site walk of each campus before submitting a bid. Please contact the Director of Facility Support Services and the Facility Manager to schedule the site visit. Campus locations and contact information can be found in the Statement of Work. Contractor shall have a local physical business presence and assign a local account representative to provide Collin College Window Glass and Skylight Replacement to assist with any problems and be available for consultation. Contractor's offices shall be located within a 30-mile radius of Collin County Community College District, Collin Higher Education Center (3452 Spur 399, McKinney, Texas 75069). The term of the contract will be November 1, 2024, through October 31, 2027. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals or parts of submittals and to award based on the best overall value submitted to the District with consideration given to price and capability to perform in accordance with the standard business practices and requirements of the solicitation. The District reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities in the solicitation process deemed to be in the best interests of the District.
