Philips Lane Over Kitchen Branch. Scope of Work Hillsborough County Technical Service Division requires a qualified Contractor to remove the existing Phillips Lane Bridge (No. 104320) and the construction of a replacement three box culvert bridge including the installation of rip-rap revetment on the west and east sides of the bridge culvert. The new box culvert bridge includes signing and pavement markings for two travel lanes, shoulders, sidewalks, and pedestrian railings estimated at $1,091,922.68. DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 5% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
