The scope of the project generally includes resurfacing and related work on approximately 7,392 linear feet of existing access roadway across one segment. All Work must be completed and accepted by this date A Performance Bond at one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract in accordance with the plans, specifications, and conditions of the contract. A Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results.
