Harmony Heights Phase 3 Bonding Requirements All Bidders Are Required to Submit a Five Percent (5%) Bid Bond With the Bid Form, or Their Bid Shall Be Rejected as Non-responsive. A One Hundred Percent (100%) Public Construction Bond for Both Payment and Performance is Required Upon Notification of St. Lucie Countys Intention to Award the Contract to the Apparent Successful Bidder. The Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Minor Irregularities; Reject Any and All Bids/proposals Which Are Incomplete, Conditional, Obscure, or Which Contain Additions Not Allowed for; Accept or Reject Any Proposal in Whole or in Part With or Without Cause; and Accept the Proposal Which Best Serves the County. Additional Information Regarding the Scope of Work and Bidder Requirements is Provided Below. Bidder Affirmations Bidder Understands and Agrees That Submission of a Proposal Constitutes an Irrevocable Offer to Perform the Scope of Work Discussed in This Itb for the Proposed Prices for a Period of Ninety (90) Days or Until a Contract is Awarded, Whichever Comes First. The successful contractor will be expected to provide and install proposed ponds, structures, and landscaping in accordance with the plan set labeled Construction Plans for Harmony Heights Phase 3A Roadway and Drainage Improvements.
