Major items of work in the project include installation of an RCP culvert, concrete driveway, wrought iron fence modifications with new automatic gate. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online via the www.cicastusa.com system or by email to the Engineer not less than seventy-two (72) hours before the Bid opening. Answers to these requests will be given in writing to all bidders as addenda to the Contract, and each addendum will be made part of the Contract. No explanation or interpretation of the Contract, other than written addenda, shall be binding. BIDDER agrees to commence work within ten (10) calendar days of the dated Notice to Proceed and to complete the work within 270 consecutive calendar days.
