The bid security is a guarantee extended to the County by each bidder, promising that such bidder will contract with the County in the event that the bid is accepted. *Onondaga County reserves the right to reject any or all bids in the sole discretion of the Director of Purchase, or such officer's designee. Services to be Provided o Removal and recycling of approximately 16,000 yards of rock spoils and mixed soil. o Onsite screening of all material to create topsoil at the spec of 1" minus.
