The Scope of Work includes: the Cleaning of sand/weeds overgrown in project area, installation of pre-cast concrete benches at seventeen (17) beach access points along a 1.3-mile section of A1A, and MOT; per the construction documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to the City of Delray Beach in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidders maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check or cashiers check drawn upon any State or National Bank of Florida Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements).
