The Project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roof, removal and replacement of the existing carpeting, and removal and replacement of the existing furnaces and air conditioning units at the Redbank Valley Library located at 720 Broad Street, New Bethlehem, PA. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
