The Civic Center, located at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, CA, is a three (3) story building with heights that range from ground level to approximately 38 feet high. The Redding Library, located at 1100 Parkview Avenue, Redding, CA, is a two (2) story building with heights from ground level to approximately 25 feet high. Corp Yard Building 2, located at 20055 Viking Way, Redding, CA, is a single story building approximately 12' tall. This contract shall be for a one (1) year period, from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. If mutually agreed upon, with all prices (with allowed adjustments as noted below), terms, and conditions remaining the same, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods, through September 30, 2027. The City may renew some or all of the locations. The City of Redding reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, in part or in their entirety. In addition, the City will award any resulting purchase order or contract in a manner consistent with the City Purchasing Ordinance.
