The Beaver Lake Cree Nation is located in north central Alberta, approximately 15 km south of the Town of Lac LaBiche. The intention of the qualification process for the Water Treatment Plant Upgrade project is for General Contractors to provide information on their experience, abilities, and skills, to successfully complete the proposed project. The Owner is requesting submissions for Qualification of Contractors to be invited to tender the following work: .1 Construction of a water treatment plant upgrade, including a 616 sq.m. building over a cast-in-place concrete reservoir; .2 Supply, installation and commissioning of treatment, pumping, mechanical and electrical equipment; .3 Construction of a new wet well / dry well sewage pumping station; .4 Construction of an access road and truck fill station; .5 Decommissioning / demolition of existing water treatment plant building and reservoir, including mechanical and electrical equipment; .6 Installation of underground water and sewer; .7 Landscaping, hardscaping, and fencing of the site; .8 Clean up of site; and .9 Repair of defects in workmanship and / or materials for a period of two years after completion of the work.
