This project consists of 46,577 square feet of new construction for the School of Nursing and Health Professions and the Universitys Health Clinic. The two-story building will contain a mixture of offices, classrooms, labs, study rooms, exam rooms and a dining venue. There will be a base bid and three alternates. Substantial completion is 548 days from project start date. Final Completion is 578 days from project start date. Docs notes ** Only those Prime Contractors who have obtained Plans and Bid Documents directly from Lynn Imaging will be eligible to submit a bid for this project. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders and/or General Conditions. Murray State University, Procurement Services, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
