The work to be performed and provided under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety equipment, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control measures, taxes, profit, overhead, and other costs and effort required to complete the following: Installation of 340 LF 15" RJ SDR26 PVC gravity sewer, 100 LF 15" SDR26 PVC gravity sewer, 20 LF 12" SDR26 PVC gravity sewer, associated gravity sewer manholes, and connections to the existing sewer system. The project also includes the jack and bore of Interstate 75 with 320 LF 36" steel casing. The time allotted for substantial completion of the work is 90 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and the time allotted for final completion of work is 120 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
