The Contractor is to remove/replace caulk on windows, walls, and brick. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid, which includes the following Remove old caulking on perimeter windows, brick to brick, precast to precast to brick control joints. Caulk perimeter of glass to frames and glass to glass. Replace with new caulking, Masterseal NP1 Elastomeric Polyurethane Sealant Note: There are multiple windows that are up to 60 feet in height. Question Deadline 09/10/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Deadline for requests for clarifications and questions. Any possible exceptions to the bid specifications and/or terms and conditions should be addressed during this phase. The Henry County Board of Commissioners is seeking to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to remove/replace caulking on the windows, walls, and brick at the Henry County Judicial Center building located at 1 Judicial Center, #260, McDonough, Georgia 30253. The Contractor shall furnish all labor materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
