The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain quotes from experienced, competent, and properly trained contractors to install a rain garden at the Montpelier Recreation Center and Library. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, delivery, materials, supplies, transportation, and other incidentals for a complete "turn-key" rain garden at Montpelier Recreation Center and Library. Work shall be performed in an efficient, expeditious, and satisfactory manner, and the Contractor shall have all appropriate equipment, apparatus/machinery, tools (in working order) considered "tools of the trade" and used in the manner consistent with the manufacturer's instructions and all VOSH regulations for completed work. The County also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
