The State of New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHFG) is seeking proposals to brush, blaze, paint and place state boundary line signs on the perimeter boundary of the following two Wildlife Management Areas (WMA's) 220 +/- acre Hackett Hill WMA located in the town of Tamworth, the 32 +/- acre Black Brook WMA located in the town of Sanbornton. The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department is owner of lands throughout the state referred to as Wildlife Management Areas (WMA). The boundary lines or corners can be easily identified by flagging tape and there is good physical evidence, i.e. blazed lines, stone walls, and monuments. Included with the documentation for this RFP is an overview map for the area with the work to be completed. A Survey plan and a WMA plan will be provided for these areas to be marked. Also available upon request are updated shapefiles as a result of the survey work completed in advance of this request for proposals. NH Fish & Game plans to contract to have the WMA boundary brushed, blazed, painted and state property signs placed approximately every 250 feet and at all monumented corners. The Hackett Hill WMA comprises approximately 17,244 ft. - 3.3 mi. of boundary, with a significant portion being meandering shoreline. The Black Brook WMA total approximately 8,004 ft. of boundary - 1.5 mi. These two sites are both accessible by town roads.
