Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to improve the drainage and water distribution systems within the Fishermans Landing subdivision. Water distribution improvements include, but are not limited to: furnishing and installing +/- 5300 LF of 6 PVC and DI pipe and fittings, +/- 15 six-inch distribution isolation gate valves, +/- 335 LF of HDD DR-9 HDPE pipe, +/- 28 one-inch same side single water services, 1 one-inch road crossing single water service, +/- 20 two-inch same side double water services, 1 two-inch road crossing single water service, +/- 50 two-inch road crossing double water services, and +/- 8 hydrant assemblies; removal and disposal of +/- 6 hydrant assemblies and +/- 100 LF of asbestos concrete pipe; and grout and abandon in place +/- 4500 LF of various sizes of asbestos concrete pipe. The drainage work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing and installing 2 Type C ditch bottom inlets, concrete drainage structure, and a mitered end section that are all interconnected with +/- 42 LF of 18 RCP and an existing 65 LF section of 24 CMP lined with a Cured-In-Place Pipe liner; removing and disposing of +/- 325 LF of failing 12/18/24 solid and perforated drainage pipe and exfiltration trench; furnishing and installing +/- 311 LF of 18/24-inch replacement solid and slotted RCP drainage pipe and exfiltration trench and tying them into 4 existing drainage structures. Right-of-Way restoration includes but is not limited to: removal and replacement of +/- 1850 SY of concrete driveway and sidewalk; restore +/- 385 SY roadway pavement section above exfiltration trench; mill and resurface +/- 1790 SY of Town of Jupiter Roadway with 1 of SP 9.5 asphalt; install +/- 100 SY of a 1 SP 9.5 asphalt overlay; roadway edge repair; collector roadway shoulder stabilization; swale grading; and sodding. Additional items of work include, but are not limited to, notification to affected property owners, temporary traffic control, coordination with Town staff to isolate portions of the distribution system, backfill, compaction, inspection, disinfection, testing, same day restoration of residential water services and property access, and all other related work required to provide complete and operational water distribution and drainage systems as described by the Bid Documents. Emails should be delivered with a Read Receipt requested to confirm successful receipt by the Town. Clarification and changes to the bid documents, if needed, will be made by addendum through online. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
