JITC UPS maintenance and repairs. Site survey is scheduled for August 29. Please see site visit instructions attached. Please see all attachments for additional details. Service and maintain all CPS units, UPS systems, and DC Power Plants installed at the JITC Ft. Huachuca Campus. Details are provided in Tables 1 and 2. All UPS and DC Power Plant units will be maintained under one contract. The primary contractor shall be responsible for all tasks specified on this performance work statement (PWS). The Government may require surge support during the base or any option period, and surge modifications will be within the scope of the contract and provide increased support for the defined task areas of this PWS. Surge support over the life of the contract will not exceed 25 % of the contractor's total proposed cost/price for the base and all option periods, excluding any six-month extension of services pursuant to FAR 52.217-8. Place of Performance. The Contractor shall perform all work on-site at the Joint Interoperability Test Command, 2001 Brainard Road, Fort Huachuca, AZ, 85613. All work is conducted on secure Federal installation and un-cleared personnel must be escorted at all times. All questions from the site visit, must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than two (2) working day after the site visit (September 3, 2024, at 4:00 pm Mountain). Period of Performance. The period of performance is a base year plus (4) 1-year options. As directed by the COR/ACOR, the contractor shall continue performance in emergency or mission essential conditions. Such as inclement weather Additionally, the contractor shall be required to account for the whereabouts of their personnel should this information be requested by the COR/ACOR.
