The project also includes milling and resurfacing, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, curb and gutters, traffic and pedestrian signals, highway signing, pavement markings, lighting, sidewalk replacement, and other incidental construction under FPID 434680-1-52-01. Utility manhole and valve adjustments by highway contractor are included under FPID 434680-1-52-02.
