The work will involve the removal of existing signs and the installation of new signs, reusing the existing sign frames. The government shall furnish signs and the contractor shall furnish all other personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to install signs in designated locations seen in Exhibit A and C. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Once contract is awarded the contractor will give the government a plan of work and a schedule of work 14 calendar days before any work is planned to start. The work under this request for quote is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS Code 561210 (Size Standard, $47 Million). One award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price. Vendors who wish to arrange a site visit are invited to request a visit scheduled before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, September 17, 2024. The purpose of the visit is for the contractor to assess the site conditions before submitting a proposal. Interested vendors may coordinate site visits with the TPOC Richard Walz and / or Jay Rickman (Lockmaster). Contact information located within the attachment labeled W912QR24Q0115. One award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price. Submit Quotes to Reginald Alexander. Quotes are due on 10 September 2024 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Fax submittals will not be accepted. Electronic submittals will be accepted and may be emailed to reginald.alexander@usace.army.mil. A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 29 August 2024 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Eastern Time. This site visit is for the contractor to evaluate the site conditions prior to submitting a proposal. Technical questions pertaining to this project shall be posted to ProjNet per the instructions incorporated into the solicitation. Contractors are NOT to contact the TPOCs for questions until an award has been made. All questions must be submitted by 03 September 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
