The work will involve the removal of existing signs and the installation of new signs, reusing the existing sign frames. The government shall furnish signs and the contractor shall furnish all other personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to install signs in designated locations seen in Exhibit A and C. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Once contract is awarded the contractor will give the government a plan of work and a schedule of work 14 calendar days before any work is planned to start.
