Onsite Valve Repair Services, Scheduled and Unscheduled - Prevailing Wages Engineer's Estimate $300.000 Annually (More Or Less) Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 10:00 AM PT SCOPE OF WORK General Requirements: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, administration, labor, tools, materials and all necessary supplies and incidentals to complete the service described herein, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in specific work scope. Permits. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining at its expense all related and necessary permits required by regulatory agencies. Guaranty. The Contractor guarantees all work, labor and materials for one (1) year following final acceptance of the Work. If any unsatisfactory condition or defect develops within that time, the Contractor shall immediately place the Work in a satisfactory condition, and further repair all damage caused by the condition or defect at its sole expense. This guarantee shall not apply to Work, which has been abused or neglected by the City. Subcontractors. The Contractor shall not award any portion of the Work to any subcontractor without the Citys prior approval. The Contractor shall be fully responsible to the City for the acts, errors and omissions of its subcontractors. No contractual relationship shall be created between any subcontractor and the City
