A quote for HVAC supplies for the FY 25 Year Middlesex College requests quotations for Staff uniforms. Middlesex College is seeking quotations for HVAC Supplies meeting or exceeding the specifications of the items presented, for the Facilities Department. Refer to Middlesex College Quote #10913 in all correspondence and inquiries. No order may be processed without an approved blanket or purchase order. Unauthorized purchases without an approved blanket or purchase order will not be paid. The College reserves the right to cancel backordered items or order not processed in a timely manner and obtain the items from another supplier. Question Deadline Sep 17th 2024, 12:00 PM ET Submit all questions electronically. The contract term will be the award date to June 30, 2025 with an optional one-year renewal from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The College reserves the following rights in regard to this quotation award: a. To award on the basis of line items, group or total overall quote, whichever is most advantageous to the College, based on price and other factors; b. To award in part or whole and to waive any informalities in or to reject any and all quotes if deemed to be in the best interest of the College; c. To request samples and / or literature of proposed substitute items; d. To inspect all supplies / equipment and return items for any reason, at no cost to the College; e. To cancel any contract resulting from a quote award with thirty (30) days written notice; f. To extend any contract resulting from a quote award up to ninety (90) days for transition; and g. To not guarantee the purchase of any item indicated or in any specified quantity
