The purpose of this bid is to establish a sixty (60) month Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master agreement for the purchase and delivery of polymer as described in these specifications. Vendor will supply and service their own equipment, including cleaning, installation and maintenance of two (2) polymer make down units (skids) at the Sludge Dewatering and two (2) polymer make down units (skids) at the Sludge Screening and Thickening Facilities at the Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWWTP), located at 10011 Log Cabin Road. Over the 60-month term of the agreement resulting from this solicitation it is estimated that One Hundred Ninety Thousand (190,000) Dry Tons of residuals, will be processed at the Sludge Dewatering Facilities, Three Hundred Sixty Thousand (360,000) Dry Tons of residuals, will be conditioned at the Sludge Screening and Thickening Facilities. An Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite (ID/IQ) master agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. Manic polymer is not acceptable for this bid. Questions Due Date: Sep 20th 2024, 4:00 PM CDT
