Contractors will have the opportunity to provide pricing on all offered electrical services. The VBCPS reserves the right to request proposals from VBCPS contracted Contractors for specific projects and award to the Contractor deemed to represent the best interest of the VBCPS. The VBCPS also reserves the right to formally bid any project as will be in the best interests of the VBCPS. The contract period will be effective date of award through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew annually for four (4) additional one-year periods, upon agreement of both parties. If the initial contract date does not begin with July 1, subsequent contract periods will be July 1 through June 30 of each following year, respectively. All prices shall remain firm throughout the contract period. It is VBCPS intent for this Informal RFP, any addenda, Successful Offerors proposal, any additional information requested and negotiated changes to be incorporated by reference into the agreement. VBCPS will either issue a Purchase Order, a Contract or both for any goods or services procured.
