The Town of Greater Napanee is implementing a prequalification process for general, electrical and mechanical contractors who wish to submit a tender bid for the construction of the New Napanee Water Pollution Control Plant. This Request for Qualified Suppliers (RFSQ) will focus on the submission requirements for all general, electrical and mechanical contractors who wish to be considered. Only companies that prequalify through this process will be invited to submit a tender bid for the project. The New Napanee Water Pollution Control Plant will consist of construction of a new administration, headworks facility and intermediate pumping station; Aerobic Granular Sludge Treatment Tanks and Operation building, a Tertiary Filter and Ultraviolet Disinfection building, and a new mechanical sludge thickening system.
