The Project Generally Includes Demolition, Reconstruction, New Construction and Resurfacing of the Existing Walking Trails Along Mt. Scott Creek to Comply With Existing Ada Standards. The Project Has Two Sections, a North Section, Commencing at the Intersection of Scott Creek Lane and 124th and Then Proceeding South to Terminate at Cedar Way and Adoline, and a Southern Section, Commencing at Southern Lites Park and Proceeding North to Terminate at Adoline. On the Southerly Section, the Project Includes Demolition and Refurbishing of an Existing Boardwalk. On the Northerly Section, the Project Includes Construction of a Poured in Place Concrete Ramp System Connected to Elevated Wood Boardwalk. The Project Includes Clearing and Grubbing, Tree Removal, Construction of Masonry Block Retaining Walls, Installation of Permeable and Non-permeable Hmac Paving Surfaces, and Site Restoration. Construction Must Be Completed No Later Than Wednesday, April 30, 2025. The City of Happy Valley May Reject Any and All Bids That Do Not Comply With Prescribed Public Bidding and Contracting Procedures and Requirements, Including the Requirement to Demonstrate the Bidder's Responsibility Under Orc 279c.375(3)(B), Award and Execution of Contract, and That the City of Happy Valley May Reject for Good Cause Any and All Bids After Finding That Doing So is in the Public Interest. Engineer's Estimate: $1.3 -$1.7 Mil *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
