Fluvanna County Public Schools is accepting proposals from qualified offerors for renovations and remodeling of (4) Central Elementary bathrooms. Contractor shall provide all necessary parts, labor and materials, tools, equipment, delivery and resources as may be required to remodel existing restrooms in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. Award Date 10/4/2024 It is the intent of FCPS to make an award no later than October 4th, 2024 with actual on-site work to be scheduled as early as October 28, 2024 and coordinated with the Project Manager. Site hours for work completion will be reviewed with the Project Manager. The time in which the Contractor agrees to complete the work is of the essence of the contract.This project shall be completed by June 30th, 2025. The time of completion will be a factor in making an award. Contractor shall include with their proposal and bid response, a letter from the manufacturer(s) stating that delivery of restroom material will allow for completion of the project by the required substantial delivery date as noted. FCPS reserves the right to inspect offeror's physical facilities prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the offeror's capabilities.
