Preschool Playground Remodel - Phase 3 Any questions for the project can be directed to the following person identified above or to Wil James at wiljames@swinomish.nsn.us and must be received no later than 4:00PM on 9/2/2024. 1. Contractor to comply with all normal Swinomish Contract and Division 1 requirements and WSDOT Contract Specifications. 2. The contractor shall execute the Plan set provided by SCJ for all Labor, materials, Inspections and necessary items for the complete Functionality intended of the Preschool Playground Renovation Phase 3 provided in EXHIBIT C 3. The contractor shall work in conjecture with Dustin Deer with Northwest Playgrounds to install the chosen playground features from SCJ 4. The contractor shall work in conjecture with Jeff Hansen with Allplay Systems to install the chosen playground equipment from SCJ 5. The contractor shall construct ADA ramp ending to match 5% slope of ramp and have lateral ADA slope as well for vehicle traffic to the Hats. 6. The contractor shall restore the asphalt walkway in like and kind to original condition or better. Match existing slope and depth 7. From the Building Connect the irrigation line to the water supply and to all piping from phase 1 and test to include phase 3. 8. Contact Swinomish Project Manager a minimum of two days before any/all digging of undisturbed soils on the jobsite. This will enable the owner PM to schedule Tribal Cultural Monitoring for the day. 9. Buy America, Build America apply to this job. 10. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Does apply to this job. 11. INSTALL Necessary footage of SILT FENCE on perimeter of Job site that pass all CESCL requirements 12. Remove access road to the playground once all work is complete 13. Repair all landscape at end of project 14. Due to proximity of child daycare all contractors and subcontractors shall be able to pass a background check upon request.
