**As of September 24, 2024, the award amount is $30,590.07. Contractor shall furnish and install single sided full color outdoor electronic sign meeting the following specification at minimum: Display area of 10'6" x 3'2", Minimum 144 x 480 pixels, 6.67mm or better full color pixels, 1 to 18 rows of text display, Multiple fonts and styles available, Display of custom images, System must include a media library of video clips and images immediately available, System must include a variety of animation templates for use with custom messages, Display of video clips, Communication via included cellular data modem with vendor managed data plan, Ability to manage sign from any web browser, Advanced scheduling of messages for dates and times, Two-Factor Authentication system access, Vendor must provide remote diagnostics and monitoring along with technical support, See Exhibit A for base and sign dimensions. The City reserves the right to: 1. Reject any or all bids if found not to be in the best interest of the City. 2. Waive any informality in a bid. Waive any deficiency or irregularity in the selection process. 3. Accept or reject any or all bids in part or in whole. 4. Award all or a portion of the services set forth in the bid as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 5. Award to one or more than one bidder, make split or multiple awards as determined to be in the best interest of the City.
