Question Deadline 08/28/2024 at 5:30 PM CT SCOPE OF WORK A. INTRODUCTION As of September 19, 2024, all bids rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The City of League City seeks competitive bids for Concrete Sidewalks & Pavement Repairs. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements of the City of League City for the Concrete Sidewalks & Pavement Repairs ITB Contract. The quantities in the Invitation to Bid or attached quantities are estimates based on previous usage. These estimates are for acquainting the bidder with probable quantities to be expected during the contract period. These estimates are not intended to set forth minimum or maximum quantities of this contract and shall not be construed as such. This contract is intended for routine and continuous usage, and for large projects that occur in the City. B. PURPOSE AND SCOPE 1. Saw cut, remove dispose offsite, and replace approximately 75,000 square feet of existing concrete pavement for roadways, parking lots, driveways, etcetera, all thicknesses (including curbs, measured horizontally to the back of curb), from various public right-of-way or easements City wide. 2. The repair of 40 storm water collection boxes and / or manholes, all types, including, but not limited to curb inlets, catch basins area drains, junction boxes, and manholes. 3. Saw-cut, remove, dispose offsite, and replace approximately 15,000 square feet of existing concrete sidewalks, all thicknesses and widths, from various public rightof-way or easements City wide. 4. Concrete pressure grouting 25,500 square feet of concrete street paving and sidewalks, all types, all thicknesses.
