Provide Tunnel Ventilation & Waterproofing, Building 22 - Electrical Work Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $36,800 for C, $23,200 for H, and $12,600 for E). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for C, between $250,000 and $500,000 for H, and between $100,000 and $250,000 for E. The substantial completion date for this project is 660 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. The survey included a visual inspection/assessment, shown by Dennis Spina of Bell & Spina Architects, for hazardous materials throughout accessible interior and/or exterior spaces of the building/structure or portion thereof identified to be demolished, renovated, remodeled or repaired.
