Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. The City of Fort Morgan Water Treatment Plant is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a Roof Top HVAC Unit, ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE MINIMUM FULL GRADE COMMERCIAL OR BETTER AND PREFERENCETONAMEBRANDEQUIPMENTAND/ORPARTSASLISTED,IFAPPLICABLE.THE CITY OF FORT MORGAN RESERVES THE SOLE RIGHT TO DETERMINE IF THE BID MEETS SPECIFICATIONS. A. Minimum Specifications: 1. GENERAL: a. Purchase one (1) Greenheck ERVe-55-30H or equivalent. b. Respective units should include: I. Bird screen where applicable II. III. Permatector coating (1) set of spare belts IV. (1) set of spare filters V. Unit disconnect -non-fused c. Removal and disposal of existing units d. Contractor responsible for any/all necessary connections/alterations for proper and efficient function of new units per code/standards. e. Contractor responsible for any/all curbing, roof repairs, flashing etc. needed to meet code/standards. f. Contractor responsible for any/all inspections to ensure installation is to code. g. Tie down new unit similar to the old unit h. Price to include crane i. Curb and electrical must be verified before purchasing 2. MANUALS: Two printed hardcopies of all applicable manuals for operation, parts and service
