Reference Number 0000360161 Colorado Mountain College's Spring Valley Campus located at 3000 County Road 114, Glenwood Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to complete a roofing project on the facilities building. Pro Panel Roofing: To include approx. 2,800 Sq. Ft. of roofing. Exact square footage to be confirmed by bidder. Remove existing roofing and dispose offsite. Dry in roof using high temp ice and water shield. Fabricate and install CMG 24 Ga. prefinished metal flashings associated with roof. Furnish and install Delta Delta Max 26-gauge pro panel roofing. Included are all necessary roof related accessories Pro Panel Metal at Sidewalls: To include approx. 1,900 Sq. Ft. of roofing. Exact square footage to be confirmed by bidder. Remove existing pro panel and dispose of offsite. Dry in sidewalls using high temp ice and water shield. Fabricate and install CMG 24 Ga. prefinished metal flashings associated with roof. Furnish and install Delta Delta Max 26-gauge pro panel roofing.
