The Bid includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services to install a prefabricated maintenance building (furnished by owner), including construction of footings, building slab, and floor drains. The bid also includes installation of a concrete drive approach, sidewalk, removal and placement of asphalt adjacent to the building.
