The City of Tampa is seeking a qualified Professional Engineer for the project development phase per FTA/FDOT processes for the extension of the Tampa Historic Streetcar. A copy of a FTA Master Agreement is attached for reference. The services will include all activities towards project development including but not limited to stakeholder coordination, environmental analysis as required under the NEPA process, and preliminary design for design-build readiness and associated support through construction Questions may be directed to Jim Greiner, P.E., Contract Administration, City of Tampa, (813) 274-8598, or E-Mail jim.greiner@tampagov.net.
