The City of Wildwood, Florida, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for constructing mineral aggregate and asphalt binder surface treatment installed as highdensity mineral bond/HA5 asphalt surface treatment over roadway and parking lot surfaces. Brief Description Summary: Contractors will furnish all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, inspections, permits, licenses, equipment, and any incidentals necessary to provide high-density mineral bond/HA5 asphalt surface treatment for various City facilities. Pre-Proposal Meeting: There is no pre-proposal meeting scheduled. Question Deadline 08/21/2024 All questions received on or before the Last Day of Questions provided on the Calendar of Events/RFP Timeline page will be considered. Questions will not be answered over the phone. Questions regarding the RFP process must be in writing and sent to Robert Schoepe, Procurement Specialist via email to rschoepe@wildwood-fl.gov or faxed to (352) 330-1353 Attention: Robert Schoepe, Finance. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received, to request additional information, or to extend the deadline for submittals.
