Reference number: 20012463 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-08-21 This is to issue a public call for tenders, consisting of THREE (3) lots, and to enter into a contract for each lot with the bidder submitting the lowest eligible and compliant bid per lot. Lot ONE (1) of this project consists of the installation of 18 electric car charging stations in 8 pavilions on the University campus. The second lot includes 2 charging stations for the Adrien-Pouliot pavilion and the third lot, also with 2 charging stations, for the Louis-Jacques-Casault pavilion. This call for tenders was determined by the precariousness of the budget. Lots 2 and 3 may be concluded if the budget is available, depending on the cost of lot 1. Proceeding by lot gives the University the freedom to award the contract of its choice, as it sees fit.
