No Requests for Information Will Be Accepted After Close of Business . No Addenda Will Be Issued After September 6, 2024. All Bidders Are Responsible to Check for Any Issued Addenda to the Bid Documents and to Acknowledge All Addenda in the Proposal Form, Section B of the Project Manual. Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers Participating in Any of the Work of This Project Will Secure Bid Documents for Their Use, at Their Own Cost, as Described Above. . Bonds Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. The Bid Bond Shall Be Issued by a Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of Georgia. No Other Form of Bid Security Will Be Accepted. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond Will Be Required in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Contract Price on a Form to Be Provided in the Project Manual. Any Breach of This Requirement Could Result in Bidder's Disqualification. Affidavits All Contractors Must Comply With the Provisions of O.c.g.a. Sec. 13-10-91, and Must Register and Participate in the Federal Work Authorization Program (E-verify). Bidders Must Submit the Required Contractor Affidavit With Each Copy of the Bid Package. The Successful Contractor Will Also Be Required to Furnish a Subcontractor Affidavit for Each Subcontractor. Contract, if Awarded, Will Be on a Lump Sum Basis to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Days Indicated in the Proposal Form, After Time Has Been Called on the Date of Opening. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Technicalities and Informalities. The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is Committed to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing. This Project is Covered Under the Requirements of Section 3 of the Hud Act of 1968. This Contract Opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract and Section 3 Business Concerns Are Encouraged to Apply. This Agreement is for Services Related to a Project That is Subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (Babaa) Requirements Under Title Ix of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("iija"), Pub.
