City of Orange City, Florida is accepting sealed bids from qualified licensed Contractors to provide all labor, supervision, management, material, equipment and incidentals necessary to furnish and install security cameras at Mill Lake Park as detailed in the bid documents. Work will be performed in Orange City Mill Lake Park located at 207 E Blue Springs. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Bid Bond 5% Question Deadline 08/29/2024 Questions should be emailed to dsantiago@orangecityfl.gov referencing the ITB number in the subject line Issue NTP/start date: Monday, October 7, 2024 at 7:00 a.m. Estimated completion date (60 Calendar Days): Friday, December 6, 2024 The City seeks security camera system to be installed around Mill Lake Park. System will monitor outside areas. System should be scalable to expand locations/sites and add additional cameras as needed in the future. Work includes purchase of camera installation including all electrical wiring, power outlets, conduits etc. The selected Contractor shall be issued a contract to complete this project. 1. All permits and inspections as required by the City of Orange City Building Department and the Public Works Department. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining, managing, and finalizing all permits associated with the work to be performed. 2. Any work, material or supplies which have not been specifically mentioned but are reasonably implied and is necessary for the safe and satisfactory completion of the entire project are to be included and installed by the Contractor. 3. At the completion of the project, all rubbish, tools, and surplus materials are to be removed and the work area left completely clean. 4. All materials are to be installed and completed in a first-class workman like manner and in accordance with the best industry standards. Any materials installed which are not in an orderly and neat workman like appearance are to be removed and replaced when so directed by the City Representative at the Contractor's expense. 5. No work or the ordering of materials outside of the scope of work is to be done without an approved change order. 6. All poles around lake perimeter as notated to include all necessary hardware to control camera. It is understood that 120-amp service are currently provided at each pole via a receptacle or junction box. 7. Installation of LPR camera and context camera. 8. All necessary NEMA enclosures and mounting hardware shall be included. 9. Cameras: a. Should be a minimum of 3MP (2048x1536) resolution, 30 frames per second (fps). b. Should be able to operate in 200F to 1200 F environment conditions with 0 to 90% humidity, outdoor rated. c. Should have an IR cut filter for day/night function along with built in IR illumination. d. Should be equipped with cellular backhaul that is compatible with AT&T FirstNet Services, does not need to be certified, only compatible. e. Should be powered via a Standard 110v/60hz electrical receptable. f. Mountable to light pole or building via harness or bracket type system. g. Shall have a minimum life of five (5) years. h. A copy of the manufacturer's camera warranty shall be provided with the Contractor's response.
