General work includes: All labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform all scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) as outlined and miscellaneous inspections, testing, calibration and repair services to the fire life safety systems and security alarm systems, located in various City-owned facilities; on-call installation services; on-call repair services; and emergency work services. Equipment maintenance includes, but is not limited to, wet fire sprinkler systems, dry chemical systems, fire control communication panels, security alarm systems, fire and smoke detection systems, pull stations and emergency intercom/phone systems. Duration/Term: The City seeks to award one or more maintenance contracts for a three (3) year term with two three-year options to renew Any questions addressing the interpretation or clarification of the Bid Forms or the Bid Documents must be submitted no later than Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. through the Citys electronic submission process Point of Contact: Erin Hamant at 323-848-6859 or ehamant@weho.org. The bid must be accompanied by cash or a cashier s check to be submitted to the City Clerk prior to deadline; or the bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or equivalent substitution in lieu of a bond made payable to the AGENCY for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price Per Year, and a Payment (Material and Labor) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price Per Year. The City of West Hollywood reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids
