Buhach Colony High School Locker Room HVAC Replacement All bids shall be made and presented on a form furnished by the District. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Removal of designated portions of the existing single ply roofing and insulation down to the existing substrate. 2. Removal of portion of existing roofing substrate for access and installation of mechanical unit framing members. 3. Removal of existing walk pads. 4. Removal of existing mechanical unit and curb. 5. Installation of new roofing substrate panels to match existing. 6. Installation of new specified single ply roof system and Tie-In to existing roofing system. 7. Installation of new HVAC curb and flashing. 8. Installation of new mechanical unit. Mechanical unit to be provided by owner. 9. Installation of new walk pads to match existing. the project consists of the replacement of one (1) hvac unit and curb at existing locker room building at buhach colony highschool. scope inclues : 1. removal of portion of single ply roofing, walk pads, and substrate. 2. installation of additional ceiling joist framing. 3. replacement of roof sheathing, single ply roofing, and walk pads. 4. removal, salvage and reinstallation of exhaust fan equipment and curb. Location- Buhach Colony High School Locker Room HVAC Replacement - 1800 N. Buhach Rd. Atwater, CA 95301 Each Bidder shall possess at the time this Contract is awarded a Class A and/or B Contractor's License, current and legally issued by the Contractor's State License Board, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 3300. The successful bidder must maintain the license in good standing throughout the duration of this Contract. This is a prevailing wage job.
