Quarry products and road maintenance materials are used regularly by various city departments for street paving and repairs, sidewalk work, ground stabilization, and landscaping. Future expenditures (i.e. products purchased, quantities needed, and amount spent per supplier) will depend on the requirements of future projects performed by the city. The Bidder will provide the services outlined in Section PRELIMINARY SCOPE OF WORK. The quantities indicated in this solicitation are approximate and based on past experience and expected future need. Supplemental items if identified may also be awarded in the impending contract, however, will not be the basis of award. All bidders are required to complete complete all lines of the Bid Form. Failure to meet this requirement may be a sufficient reason to declare the bid non-responsive. The Vendor will be responsible for any damage to City property during the performance of this contract. In the event that there is damage to City property, the Vendor will immediately report the incident to the City in writing. Any such damage will be repaired or replaced with same by the Vendor at his/her expense and to the satisfaction of the City.
