The Work Covered by the Plans and Specifications Includes: Removing the Existing Primary Digester No. 1 Cover and Piping, Cleaning the Interior of Digester as Shown on the Contract Drawings; Furnishing and Installing a New Sludge Mixing System and Chopper Pumps, New Recirculation Pump, New Sludge Feed Pump, New Floating Cover and Appurtenances, Sludge and Gas Piping, Valves, Fittings and Controls as Shown on the Contract Drawings; Removal of Sludge and Cleaning the Interior of Primary Digester No. 3 and Secondary Digesters No. 1 and No. 2. All Work Under This Contract Shall Be Completed Within 540 Days of Notice to Proceed Bids Shall Be Addressed to the Board of Lake County Commissioners, Lake County Administration Center, 105 Main Street, 5th Floor, Painesville, Ohio 44077, Attention Jennifer Bell and Marked "gary L.
