The Project is located at 2563 44th Avenue, Columbus, NE. B. Project Description: 1. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Minor/select demolition, cast-in-place concrete, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, laminated cabinets, sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, glazing, mirrors, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical lay-in ceilings, tile carpeting, paint and coating, marker boards, washroom accessories, fire extinguisher, countertops, electrical lighting, power, data and phone systems conduit and wiring, plumbing and HVAC, fire alarm, fire protection specialties. Checks for email files, shall be made payable to RVW, Inc. Partial sets (drawing sheets/specification sections) of bid documents will not be issued. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount, payable to ESU-7, Columbus, Nebraksa. K. Performance and Payment bonds will be required in the amount of the bid. All costs for such bonds shall be included in the Bid. Refer to other bidding instructions in Section 00 21 13.
