Bidders will meet at the District Administration Building, 80 Station Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342. Project Description This project includes the preservation/rehabilitation of the structure carrying Interstate 64 (I-64) over County Route (CR 25/13), Academy Drive. The bridge is located approximately 0.53 east of Exit 50 to WV Route 25 in Kanawha County. The existing structure is a three (3) span steel girder bridge with an approximate overall length of 117.5 feet. Improvements include the installation of a new concrete overlay on the deck; reset bearings; full cleaning and painting of the superstructure; concrete repairs on the deck, barrier repairs, substructure repairs and cleaning and flushing of the bridge drainage system including vegetation removal. New signing/pavement markings will also be installed on the bridge. Work zone limits will be as required by WVDOHs Manual on Temporary Traffic Control for Streets and Highways, 2006 Edition, Case E4, E6, F6, and Case F7. Physical work will be limited to the structure and areas immediately adjacent.
