Snow and Ice Removal Services Re-bid Purpose and Description of Services The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms to provide Snow and Ice Removal Services. Bids must address all services described in Exhibit A entitled, “Scope of Work” that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. The CHP intends to award an agreement to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowestbid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements. Agreement Term The term of the resulting agreements is anticipated to be effective from November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2026, or upon approval whichever is later CHP rights In addition to the rights discussed elsewhere in this IFB, CHP reserves the following rights.
