The Work consists of installation of a new pumping station at City Utilities' Southeast Tower site as shown on the project plans and specifications. Construction includes, but not limited to, furnish and install pumps, VFDs, generator, pressure relief valve, controls, electrical, valving, piping and all appurtenances required to provide a complete and operational pumping station. Contractor shall conduct startup procedures for the completed pump station and generator. Pump station building to be a complete finished structure with HVAC, mechanical, electrical and all related appurtenances. Site improvements include grading, buried conduit, concrete foundations, electrical improvements, valving and piping, including construction of a 24-inch water main to connect from the pump station to an existing water main adjacent to Hwy 60 near the project entrance. Only 2 pumps and VFD's will be supplied under the contract/project. The contractor shall provide a sleeve in place of pumps 3 & 4. The Work is located on City Utilities owned property at 4501 US-60, Rogersville MO 65742. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read since the selection process will be determined based upon competitive negotiated procurement procedures for proposals as described in this RFP. All proposals shall be irrevocable for ninety (90) days after the time for opening of proposals. Anticipated commencement date of work 10/21/2024. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
