Stephen F. Austin State University, hereafter referred to as "SFA" or "the University", is seeking proposals for the installation of underground electrical conduits and conductors as well as other above ground facilities at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. This initiative aims to enhance campus safety and aesthetics by transitioning from overhead electrical lines to an underground system. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of existing street lights with modern, energy-efficient fixtures in accordance with SFA standards. This is in accordance with Gov't Code 51.783, and in accordance with the Engineering and Consulting Documents, Uniform General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions and other Exhibits herein and attached. The University requires that the job be substantially completed by October 3, 2025 and final completion, including clean-up by October 24, 2025.
