The project consists of providing traffic control; furnishing and implementing a water pollution control plan; clearing and grubbing; verifying location and depth of existing utilities; performing earthwork and paving; removing, recycling, or salvaging demolition and construction waste; adjusting, relocating, or removing utility boxes, vaults, manholes, etc.; constructing storm drain improvements; constructing concrete improvements; installing traffic signal improvements and fiber optic conduit; installing striping, pavement markings and signing; installing landscape system (includes trees, plants, irrigation system, and site furnishing); maintaining plants during the plant establishment period; constructing other related work; furnishing and applying dust control measures; keeping a tidy appearance of the job site throughout the project; cleaning site at the end of the job; and furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, mechanical workmanship, transportation, and services necessary to complete said project.
