The City reserves the right to extend the contract for 4 additional one-year periods, if mutually agreed to in writing by the City and the awarded contractor. In addition, Vendor shall pay wages not less than once a week The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish an annual services agreement for the mowing and maintenance of the Crossroads Disc Golf Course and Pepper Creek Trail (approximately 65 acres).
